Right now there's only one in Queued state. The one I added yesterday. I did not changed anything just to see if it will start eventually but nothing. I had a few forced, ones that haven't started normally and was in queued state when added but atm all are in normal state, nothing forced. You should turn off "Seeding tasks have higher priority" and turn the number of active downloads down. It did the trick because uTorrent was listening to what you told it to do even if it wasn't what you wanted it to do.
And right again, you don't have to be nice to be helpful. Really appreciate your help. New torrents are stuck on "Queued" status.
